I love coloring. I’m 27 and this is one of my greatest forms of self care. It’s almost as intimate as my skincare routine. The time I spend to myself just concentrating on one specific task, helps me focus in on what’s actually important in that moment. I was searching for a new coloring book & then a lightbulb went off per usual, “make one yourself” AND SO I DID!
I created this coloring book not only for myself, but with you in mind. For anyone struggling with a mental health disorder, because you matter too. Each of the pages have an affirmation, along with plenty of space to color.
I generally opt for coloring books that don’t heighten my anxiety or have too much going on. In Mind Over Matter you’ll find that the pages are fairly easy to read & get through.
