We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.
In the event that your skincare product is damaged, you will be able to receive a new one, free of charge. This includes broken seals, cracked jars, spills, etc. that occurred during shipping. We only offer refunds on defective appliances or tools.

STANDARD: Standard Shipping takes 3-5 Business Days. Please note that all products are handmade and depending on the amount of orders received, STANDARD shipping can take up to 7-14 business days.

We also offer local pick up & our products are located at Annapolis Mall, Inside of Blank Slate (right next to crate & barrel)
SALES & HOLIDAYS:
Most of our products are made to order, which makes our company so special. Every batch you receive is FRESH ! However, this means that the processing time may vary depending on the demand of orders placed. If there are extensive delays OVER 14 business days, you will be notified.
If the 14 business day mark has passed & you don’t receive either, then please use the CONTACT tab to get in touch with us about your order.
Order inquiries should be sent through email only & never through any social media platforms.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER:
1.Upon placing an order you will be sent a receipt through email for confirmation of purchase.
2.When your order is being processed, you will receive a tracking number through email immediately. Processing means : your order is being prepared for shipment. Receiving an email with a tracking number, does not mean your order is at UPS or USPS. This simply means that a shipping label has been printed out for you, and we are just letting you know your order will be on it’s way to you shortly.
3.Your tracking number will not update until it arrives at UPS or USPS & they scan it into their system. This can take 3-7 days after you receive an email with tracking.
4.Download the ‘Shop’ App to get updates on your package every step of they way.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS.
Please only use email for inquiries regarding order issues or order status.
Please ALWAYS include your first and last name in the email, as well as your order number.
If you submit an order with a:
- Incorrect Shipping Address
- Missing Apartment or Unit #
You will be required to cancel and reorder.
If your order is returned to sender due to insufficient address, you will be charged a $5 fee for it to be reshipped.
